Freedom.to allows you to create a blocklist through its filters. To block specific platforms such as Amazon, Facebook, Gmail, Netflix, you can find it on the premade filters.

You can also add URLs if they are not listed on the website. Once you have all your sites and apps, you can set up the block session or the time in which you can access them. There are three block sessions: Start now, Start later, or create a Recurring Session. With Freedom, you can focus on your highest priority and stay productive. 

The block sessions let you know the number of minutes and hours you have until you are able to view content or use a particular service.
